New Student Enrollment 

To enroll a student, you must provide the following documentation at the time of registration.

Registration packet
Home Language Form
Birth Certificate
Immunization records
Proof of Residence (Minimum of 2 required)
    EXAMPLES:
    Driver’s License with the correct address
    Rent receipt
    Piece of mail with name and address
    Personal I.D.

1. Fill out the New Student Online Enrollment Account Request 

 

 

 

2. After you submit your request for an account, you will receive an email with login credentials and instructions on how to proceed with the new student enrollment. Click the link in the email, please make sure you have the enrollment area chosen in the drop-down.
