Phone and Emergency Information:

You must have two emergency numbers on file in the office at your student’s school. Please notify the office if your address, work number, home number or emergency numbers

change during the school year. These need to be accurate in case your child

becomes ill or is injured at school. People listed as emergency contacts need to

be informed that if you cannot be reached in case of illness or injury they will be

expected to provide appropriate care. Please be sure to keep your student’s

emergency information updated in regard to changes in any telephone numbers

of the people listed to call in emergency situations.
