Meet the Teachers

 

Miss Makayla

 

Makayla joins our team with over four years of dedicated experience in early childhood education. Her background includes three and a half years in a specialized in-home daycare setting, where she developed a deep passion for helping preschoolers grow and reach milestones at their own unique pace.

In the classroom, Makayla is most at home during storytime or at the art table. She loves nothing more than reading to the children and encouraging their creativity through drawing and hands-on projects. Outside of school, she stays active and creative—you can often find her on the water in her kayak, working on a latch hook masterpiece, or spending quality time with her 5-month-old baby brother.
